TASK

Below are some topics.  Say what people generally think about these things and then give your own opinion. Remember to record yourself.  There is an example answer at the bottom.

  1. Aid to developing countries
  2. Free health care for everyone
  3. Vegetarianism
  4. Children spending too much time on the computer
  5. Life in the city vs. life in the countryside
  6. The negative impact of tourism

5. A lot of people think that living in the city is too stressful.  The stress and the pollution combine to create a very unhealthy atmosphere.  I tend to think differently.  I would say that city life is exciting and full of opportunities - not just in terms of jobs and education, but also in terms of entertainment. Personally, I would always choose to live in a big city.
